Workday Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing management of our Workday system. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a successful deployment and will take full ownership of the platform post go-live. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday, a strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to support all phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle Collaborate with implementation partners on system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment Serve as the primary Workday Administrator post-implementation, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrity Manage system updates, user access, security roles, and ongoing maintenance Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs Provide end-user support, training (in-person and virtual), and issue resolution Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures Monitor Workday releases and lead the adoption of new features and enhancements Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday administration and support Strong understanding of Workday modules, preferably HR and Payroll Experience supporting or participating in Workday implementations is highly preferred Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Bachelor’s degree or Workday certification is a plus Experience in healthcare or a service-oriented environment is a plus What We’re Looking For A self-starter who can take ownership of the Workday platform end-to-end A detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills A collaborative professional comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Someone who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment #J-18808-Ljbffr InstantServe LLC
