Growth & Retention Director for Shopper App

ShopMy is hiring a Shopper Growth Leader to own the full-funnel strategy for acquiring, activating, and retaining shoppers. You will manage the shopper growth and retention budget, and lead the initial two-person team, with scope to scale as the business grows.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with founders, product, and editorial to translate growth into an actionable roadmap and measurable outcomes for a consumer app at a remote-first company with an NYC HQ.
