Consulting Engagement Manager

Role Description

You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart. In this role, you will help clients navigate the market access landscape and achieve access-related objectives for their brand. The Engagement Manager will develop business strategy through conducting primary and secondary research relating to value access and pricing including evaluating access size opportunities, competitive and reimbursement landscape and mapping market access barriers. You will:

• Work directly with clients and managing directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain timeline.
• Elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work, product enhancements or additional service offerings.
• Understand the critical issues affecting the client and communicate key insights and recommendations based upon the case team's research and analysis.
• Develop/deliver concise, impactful presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead team members in complex analysis and problem-solving including problem structuring, analytical techniques, synthesis, and client implications.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA).
• 4+ years' experience in life science consulting, with increasing levels of responsibility/exposure to senior leadership.
• 2+ years' experience leading projects and team members in the pricing and market access space.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing value-based contracts, payer decision making tools and contract results monitoring.
