About the role:


We're partnering with a growing consumer brand that is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-moving marketing team. This person will play a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives, building structure across complex workstreams, and ensuring projects stay on track from kickoff through execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and knows how to create clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.

Responsibilities


• Own end-to-end project management across marketing initiatives, campaigns, launches, and cross-functional priorities


• Create and maintain workflows, timelines, meeting cadences, and operational processes that keep projects moving efficiently


• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to clarify priorities, coordinate deliverables, and align stakeholders


• Serve as a central point of communication across creative, e-commerce, wholesale, customer experience, product development, operations, and leadership teams


• Build project plans by working backward from key deadlines, milestones, and business goals


• Identify blockers, competing priorities, and process gaps early, and help drive effective solutions


• Track project ownership, timelines, deliverables, and next steps across multiple concurrent initiatives


• Lead recurring meetings, status updates, and project check-ins to maintain momentum and accountability


• Continuously improve organization, communication, and ways of working across the marketing team

Requirements


• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, program management, or a related role


• Experience in high-growth consumer brands, e-commerce, retail, fashion, beauty, wellness, or startup environments preferred


• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced settings


• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset


• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels


• Experience driving accountability, facilitating decisions, and navigating ambiguity effectively


• Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills


• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar project management platforms


• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, presentation tools, and reporting platforms
