Compensation:

$125,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with motivated sellers , understand their goals, and guide them through the listing process

• Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and grow your listing pipeline

• Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business

• Host monthly open houses with leads provided by the team

• Maintain accurate CRM and calendar activity to stay organized and responsive

• Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training, coaching, and weekly team meetings

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License

• Full-time commitment to building your real estate career and serving clients

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Coachable, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed

• Organized, tech-savvy, and proactive

• Sales or listing experience is a plus, but not required

• Professional, positive, and client-focused
