Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Sales Agent in Tampa , you will:

• Meet with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by our team

• Guide clients through the home-buying and selling process

• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, and listing appointments

• Use proven CRM, scripts, and follow-up systems to convert opportunities

• Deliver a 5-star client experience from consultation through closing

• Build strong client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

• Collaborate with a high-performing real estate team focused on growth and results

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Real Estate License

• Residential real estate sales experience with a proven ability to close transactions

• Strong understanding of the home-buying and selling process

• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and delivering results

• Experience with CRM systems, lead follow-up, and sales conversion

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
