Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent , you’ll help homeowners successfully sell their properties while growing your listing business.

• Conduct listing consultations with qualified sellers

• Deliver compelling listing presentations and pricing recommendations

• Develop strategic pricing and marketing plans

• Present and negotiate offers and contracts

• Guide sellers from listing through closing

• Manage client communication and follow-up through our CRM

• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination

• Deliver an exceptional seller experience that drives referrals and repeat business
