Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and identify appropriate treatment interventions.
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and compile case histories to better understand the client's background.
• Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals of each client.
• Deliver ongoing therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to effectively treat mood disorders.
• Manage a caseload of clients, providing continuous support and adjusting treatment strategies based on client progress.
• Facilitate regular case consults with clinical peers to discuss complex cases and ensure the best outcomes.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and recommend modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Document all case activity thoroughly, ensuring quality and accountability in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must be a current Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• At least three years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling or therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits
