What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You'll be:

• Providing customer service support related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
• Ensuring positive customer relations are maintained and resolving customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Developing and implementing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
• Creating improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
• Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate service.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or support environment.
• Possess knowledge acquired through specialized education, training, or relevant experience.
• Are comfortable working within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
• Have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and ability to handle complaints and claims professionally.
