- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or support environment.
- Possess knowledge acquired through specialized education, training, or relevant experience.
- Are comfortable working within well-defined procedures and guidelines.
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and ability to handle complaints and claims professionally.
