Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) | Quincy, Massachusetts

A home respiratory and medical equipment company is expanding its shipping operations into North Dakota and requires a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to support compliance with state regulations. This role involves holding and posting a North Dakota Pharmacist license as PIC for the operation, with no active pharmacy dispensing or clinical duties.


Location & Schedule

• Remote position with occasional travel to Massachusetts, potentially monthly or quarterly, for site visits
• Flexible ongoing engagement with compensation structured as a monthly fee or direct hire arrangement

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge by maintaining and posting a valid North Dakota license for the shipping operation
• Ensure compliance with North Dakota Board of Pharmacy requirements for shipping diabetes supplies, respiratory equipment, and medications
• Participate in periodic site visits to support operational oversight when required

Qualifications & Experience

• Active and clear North Dakota Pharmacist license in good standing
• Experience or comfort serving as Pharmacist in Charge for a regulated operation
• Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining licensure and regulatory compliance
• Currently practicing pharmacist seeking supplemental income through a flexible arrangement
