HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the HR Operations department supporting the offboarding and employee transition processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title HR Coordinator Location Tampa, FL What's the Job? Processing voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems. Managing retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes. Ensuring completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating where applicable with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams. Administering separation-related documentation such as termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, and compliance forms. Monitoring adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process. What's Needed? 2-3 years of experience in HR operations. Bachelor's Degree required. Experience with HR systems such as Workday is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
