Were seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, youll provide outstanding support to our clients and producers, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to service and excellence. Youll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where learning, collaboration, and growth are encouraged.
- Base pay between $20 and $25 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities- Support producers by providing prompt, accurate, and courteous client service
- Prepare and process quotes, applications, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
- Review, update, and maintain policy records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle phone inquiries, emails, and in-person client interactions with professionalism and care
- Manage client files, billing, payments, and account documentation efficiently
- Over 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Dependable, ethical, and self-motivated
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating multiple systems
