Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts. With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents. Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel. Support the firm’s commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admittance to the New York state bar. 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. A detail‑oriented approach to working independently and collaboratively.
