The coordinator supports our vision by becoming a true extension of the company culture. The primary responsibility will be coordinating full-cycle searches and leading the definition of roles, sourcing candidates, and managing and executing the hiring process. In addition to recruitment, this position provides broad HR coordination, payroll, and administrative support across the Team Member lifecycle, including onboarding, HR communications, HR systems, reporting, documentation, and other people initiatives. As an integral part of the HR team, the coordinator is a true extension of our culture and The Way We Are. Additional Information: This is a permanent full-time position This role participates in our hybrid schedule Hybrid schedule: Mondays & Fridays; 2 days working remotely. Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays ; 3 days working in the headquarters office

Essential Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from job opening through offer acceptance and onboarding. Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements, team needs, organizational priorities, and desired candidate profiles. Develop and post compelling job descriptions and job advertisements across appropriate recruiting platforms. Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, recruiting partnerships, and other talent channels. Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for key positions. Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with position requirements. Maintain timely and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage candidate tracking and recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Facilitate reference checks, background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment requirements as applicable. Prepare and coordinate employment offers and related documentation. Partner with HR and hiring leaders to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new Team Member. Monitor recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other Talent Acquisition metrics. Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives that strengthen FOH® as an employer of choice. Help develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, colleges, professional organizations, and other talent sources. Onboarding & Team Member Experience Coordinate the onboarding process for new Team Members, ensuring required documentation, system access, orientation, and communications are completed in a timely manner. Help create a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience consistent with FOH® culture and The Way We Are. Coordinate new Team Member information and documentation with appropriate internal departments. Support onboarding follow-up to help new Team Members successfully integrate into their roles and teams. HR Coordination & Administration Coordinate and support the biweekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely submission of payroll-related information. Ensure required payroll documentation and approvals are completed accurately and within established deadlines. Review and verify Team Member changes impacting payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, promotions/growth changes, bonuses, deductions, and other pay-related updates. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team. Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruiting processes, systems, and efficiencies. Maintain accurate and confidential Team Member records and HR documentation. Assist with HRIS data entry, updates, reporting, and audits. Support employment changes, including transfers, organizational changes, compensation changes, and departures. Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials as needed. Help ensure HR processes and documentation are consistently followed and maintained. Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interaction Education, Experience, and Computer Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred Certification of aPHR, PHR or SHRM is a plus Minimum of 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing required Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing Proficient in all Microsoft Applications, Outlook and Excel Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems and job boards Knowledge of HRIS platforms is highly preferred Knowledge in ADP Workforce Now or other HRIS is highly preferred Skills Needed for Success: Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles Ability to handle confidential information High emotional intelligence in cultivating strong internal relationships Follows direction and works under pressure to meet deadlines Stress and time management skills Analytical, creative, practical problem-solving skills Customer service and interpersonal skills Work collaboratively and as part of a diverse team Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing Project management skills and strong attention to detail Tech-savviness Strategic thinking, planning and execution Ability to re-arrange tasks as priorities change Desired Characteristics and Qualifications: Organized, action and detail oriented Demonstrates sound work ethics Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded and composure in challenging situations Thrives in a goal-driven environment Nimbleness to respond to everchanging priorities in a high growth environment Benefits & Pay: At FOH®, we value our team members as our most important asset, which is why we offer a benefits package designed with their well-being in mind. The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
