Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing their outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions—to address various mental health concerns.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated, and interdisciplinary care for clients.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being during emergencies.
• Engage in community outreach by participating in educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering healthy coping strategies among local populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a varied client base that encompasses diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The patients you will work with may present with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse—thereby enhancing your clinical skills and cultural competence.

Qualifications

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively and empathetically with clients from various backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations, ensuring tailored approaches to care.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar role is required, candidates with experience in community mental health settings or working with diverse groups will be particularly favored. Familiarity with digital mental health tools and teletherapy applications is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
