We empower our Therapists to practice at the top of their license with the support of our clinical care team, while reaching patients within their communities.What our Licensed Clinical Therapists find at MinuteClinic:- Autonomy to build and grow the MinuteClinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.- Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+.- Evidence-based care and access to assessment and treatment planning tools to elevate and support the continuity of care for patients.- Career growth and professional development within the organization.- In-depth training, development, and support.- First-in-class benefits package, including Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Time Off, etc.Required Qualifications:- Current, active, and unencumbered state license held for: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and willingness to obtain multistate licensure.- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.Preferred Qualifications:- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills.- Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery.- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.- Tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms.- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements.- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills.- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.Education:- Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.- State License with one or more of the following licenses: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).Bring your heart to CVS Health! This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
