MuleSoft Account Executive, Federal Civilian (Federal Reserve Board)

Day to Day Account Executives drive new business and engage with existing customers to sell MuleSoft. They build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C‑suite decision makers within their territory, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. Responsibilities include developing opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Persistent focus on pipeline generation strategies and execution to seed, land and expand new and existing accounts Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts Develop and drive the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers Drive growth within an existing assigned account Demonstrate focus on outcome over process Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of full‑cycle sales experience Experience working in Federal Civilian space Experience selling technical platforms preferred Knowledge of integration / API market Demonstrates success and enthusiasm in hunting for new business Experience working with a large extended team Experience in high‑growth, performance‑focused environments Experience evaluated based on core competencies (e.g., leadership, military, volunteer roles, work experience) Benefits Salesforce offers a variety of benefits to help you live well including time off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchasing program. In the United States, compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, job level, and experience. The typical base salary range for this position is $141,550 - $189,350 annually. Specific ranges apply to certain locations: in California and New York, and select major cities such as Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington, DC, the base pay range is $155,700 - $208,300 per year.
