Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities. Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies. Track activity and report progress toward established objectives. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers. Previous experience in marketing, outreach, or customer service preferred. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Our agency opened in 2022 and currently has a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a construction company, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer relationships, and running a business. I’m a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a proud husband and father of twelve. Our family loves spending time outdoors - hiking, enjoying the local lake, and hosting friends and gatherings whenever we can.
