Customer Retention Specialist – Service & Sales Focus

We're seeking a Customer Retention Specialist who will own existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to deepen coverage, increase retention, and contribute to agency growth. This is a hybrid service and sales role where every conversation is a chance to strengthen trust and deliver value.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Lead proactive outreach for renewals, policy reviews, and account follow-ups
• Identify cross-sell and coverage enhancement opportunities
• Educate customers on products and confidently recommend solutions
• Support claims follow-up and service requests with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the team to hit retention and sales goals

What You Bring:

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• A service-first mindset paired with comfort in sales conversations
• Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales preferred
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full support provided)
