Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the firm's marketing and business development initiatives, with a strong focus on event planning and coordination. This role will be responsible for organizing client-facing and internal events while also assisting with marketing campaigns, content development, communications, and brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of firm-sponsored events, seminars, client programs, sponsorships, networking receptions, and community engagement activities. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, registrations, vendor management, catering, materials, budgets, and attendee communications. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, and traditional channels. Draft and edit marketing content for emails, social media, website updates, invitations, and promotional materials. Support email marketing initiatives, social media management, and website content updates. Track event and campaign performance, maintain marketing databases and CRM records, and prepare reports as needed. Collaborate with attorneys, firm leadership, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing and event initiatives. Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and event materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field. 4+ years of marketing, event planning, or related professional experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience planning professional, corporate, or client-facing events. Experience with email marketing, CRM, or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce). Familiarity with social media management tools and digital analytics.
