Rivercity Insurance and Financial Services is seeking motivated Sales and Marketing professionals to grow within the insurance and financial services industry. This role is ideal for individuals with an interest or background in: Sales and client relationship management Financial services and insurance Business development and revenue growth Entrepreneurship and leadership Key Responsibilities Develop and manage client relationships Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Present insurance and financial products professionally Work with qualified leads (no cold calling required) Manage pipeline, performance, and sales goals Qualifications Open to entry-level and experienced sales professionals Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset Interest in sales, finance, or business growth US-based applicants only Commission-based compensation Performance-based earnings Training and mentorship provided Growth opportunities in sales leadership and management #J-18808-Ljbffr
