We are seeking a professional individual, preferably with clerical and cashiering experience, who demonstrates strong customer service skills, is detail-oriented, and is a self-starter and team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The Office Supervisor is responsible for cashiering, limited accounting, providing clerical office support, and directing customers to the appropriate departments.What we offer:Competitive payTraining and growth opportunitiesCompetitive health, vision, and dental insuranceGroup rates for life, disability, and accident insurancePaid time off for full-time employeesDiscounts on service and vehicle purchases401(k) with company matchResponsibilities:Hire, train, and supervise office staff.Report vehicles sold and perform other administrative sales functions.Prepare daily bank deposits and cash reports.Reconcile select accounts monthly.Provide clerical office support, including answering phones and handling other miscellaneous office duties.Direct customers to the appropriate departments.Perform cashiering duties.Perform limited accounting duties.Uphold a high level of professionalism in customer service and detail-oriented work.Complete additional office tasks as needed.Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalentAt least 1 year of relevant cashiering experience balancing a cash drawerAt least 1 year of relevant clerical experience answering a multi-line phone systemPrevious customer service experience preferredValid and clean Wisconsin driver's licenseProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work some evenings and SaturdaysExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment We use E-Verify
