Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounting Now is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing and well-established construction organization specializing in utility infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a stable, expanding company that supports large-scale sitework and foundation projects critical to regional infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailPerform 2-way matching of purchase orders and invoicesEnsure proper coding, approvals, and documentation prior to payment processingReconcile vendor statements and research outstanding invoicesPrepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, and wire transfers)Review and audit employee expense reports for policy complianceRespond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies promptlyMaintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirementsIdentify and support process improvement opportunities within the AP functionAssist with additional accounting and administrative tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experienceBilingual: Spanish/EnglishExperience with ERP systemsIntermediate Excel skills, including data analysis and reportingStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentIf you're looking for an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive organization, we'd love to connect
