Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Assists management team in overseeing dining room operations, including reservations, greeting guests and supervision of staff

·        Ensures proper set up dining room prior to service

·        Acts as an ambassador to Catch culture

·        Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas

·        Have 1-2 years Maitre d’ experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant

·        Are organized and proficient at multi-tasking

·        Have a polished and well-groomed appearance

·        Have a thorough knowledge of dining etiquette and protoco

·        Have strong verbal communication skills

·        Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality

·        Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
