Responsibilities Team Intro: E-commerce's Affiliate Creator Operations Team is responsible for empowering and incubating creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The focus of the role is to drive the growth and success of mid-funnel creators through affiliate TikTok Shop engagement. You will formulate, execute and optimize targeted creator programs through data analytics, affiliate product adoption and scaled creator management. Design and optimize scaled creator management strategies to motivate creator affiliate commerce activity. Leverage communication channels to refine mechanisms for increasing creator participation and build program trust. Develop strategies and insights to target and incubate new creators for program activation to strengthen managed communities. Analyze affiliate creator data to provide key insights to stakeholders regarding community creator performance and growth. Collaborate with TikTok product and business teams to plan and launch in-person and online creator events. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. 3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations. Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals. Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects. Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community management tools, software and automation. Mixed experience in product/user growth and affiliate commerce space. Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
