This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into account their unique diagnoses and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to address a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to support personal growth and coping skills development.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, community resources, and coping strategies to empower recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences to enhance care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus population for this role includes adults and adolescents struggling with various mental health conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New Jersey is required.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, particularly evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
