We're seeking compassionate and driven Bilingual Legal Intake Representatives to join our team at Legal Intake Professionals. This is an in-office position where you'll be the crucial first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. You will handle a high volume of incoming calls, guiding individuals who may be going through a difficult time with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.

You will use your sharp communication and active-listening skills to gather information and ensure every interaction is handled with the highest level of care. To be successful in this role, you must have:

• The ability to speak, read, and write in both Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• A professional phone voice that shows care and empathy.
• The ability to actively listen, ask appropriate questions when needed, and gather pertinent details.
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Compensation and Shifts:

• Compensation: $20/hour with Perfect Attendance. Perfect Attendance means being on time for your shifts, returning from breaks promptly, and completing your full assigned shift. Pay without Perfect Attendance is $18/hour.
• Shifts: Part-time hours, various 2nd shifts. You must work a Saturday or Sunday each week. Training is two weeks, Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm CST. After training, you move to your new schedule.
