Openwork is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate for a well-established Houston company that has served the law enforcement industry since 1971. Location: Houston, TX 77023
Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle daily shipping and receiving activities
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, and accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Maintain accurate inventory records and organized stock locations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Enter and update inventory information using Microsoft Excel and Great Plains
• Maintain accurate labels, inventory locations, and warehouse storage areas
• Coordinate with warehouse team members and vendors to keep operations running efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience required
• Strong inventory control experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required
• Ability to remain active throughout the workday
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
