Schedule: Part Time Day Shift (24 hours per week)
Work Location: Fishers Hospital
Department Supported: Volunteer Services
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the Volunteer Services program. Provides administrative support to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of program activities and function. Assists in training volunteers in new policies and procedures. Maintains records of total volunteers and hours volunteered. Provides daily guidance to assigned volunteers. Maintains feedback process to enhance work processes and employee understanding.
