The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding ofCore Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, and Payments, along with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.The role requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders across theUS/Europe and Tokyo Head Office, with responsibility for translating business requirements into technology solutions and coordinating cross-regional banking initiatives. Fluency in bothEnglish and Japaneseis essential.Day to Day Job DutiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Core Banking and Transaction Banking initiatives.Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements.Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives and system enhancements.Analyze impacts of system changes, upgrades, and integrations across upstream and downstream applications.Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate inEnglish and Japanesewith stakeholders across the US/Europe and Tokyo Head Office to clarify requirements and resolve issues.Coordinate cross-regional programs related toGlobal Settlementfunctions.Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination related toDDA balance file transfers.Support system integration initiatives involving APIs, interfaces, data flows, and file transfers.Perform data analysis and validation using SQL.Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, UAT, and project delivery activities.Manage multiple initiatives across regions while tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.Basic Qualifications10+ yearsof experience inBusiness Analysis and Project Managementwithin Banking or Financial Services.7+ yearsof experience working withCore Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Payments platforms.5+ yearsof experience inrequirements gathering, functional analysis, system integration, and cross-functional project delivery.3+ yearsof experience withSQL, data analysis, APIs, interfaces, and upstream/downstream system integration.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese are required.Nice to HaveStrong understanding ofTransaction Banking, Payments, Cash Management, and Core Bankingproducts and processes.Experience with Global Settlement functions and DDA-related processes.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience preparing BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and UAT documentation.Strong understanding of banking system integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data flows.Experience coordinating multiple projects across the US, Europe, and Japan.Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects across geographically distributed teams.#LI-NorthAmericaAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100. The starting pay range for this role is $127,890-$170,520.
