Account Manager, Hospital Sales (Los Angeles, CA) (Field Sales role)

Pay & Benefits Annual pay range: $85,000–$160,000. Compensation may include incentives, bonuses, and long‑term incentive plans based on role and performance. Responsibilities Manage overall territory, achieve equipment and consumables sales goals, and maintain profitability. Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to grow existing business and prospect new business. Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts and maintain account data in CRM. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Clinical Specialists) to deliver and drive adoption of technologies. Maintain sales presentations, product evaluations, and educational sessions for clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders. Prepare quotes and negotiate local contract agreements with hospitals and departments. Act as post‑sale project manager, coordinating installation, integration, laboratory validation, and patient support. Attend industry conventions, trade shows, and training to stay informed on clinical procedures and innovations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). At least 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in hospital sales within a consultative, capital equipment, and clinical environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills with familiarity in using data tools to target new business. Ability to build relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
