Hands-on execution: we embrace 80-20 and love to get things done Location This role is based in Frankfurt am Main What you’ll own You’ll support the NYDO team across high-impact initiatives; combining business development with real hands-on experience running a modern eCommerce brand. Assist in daily management of our webshop (Shopify): content updates, pricing, campaigns Help manage our digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, Influencers) and analyze performance and manage data and dashboards Prepare business cases, sales pitch decks, and product portfolio proposals, competitors tracking Support on portfolio and pricing topics for the market Conduct market and customer research across Switzerland, Germany, and broader Europe Assist in customer journey and funnel optimization; from swatch request to final checkout Support strategic business development projects including B2B, new market preparation KPIs you’ll own Webshop conversion rate Country revenue, contribution margins, conversions, production performance Campaign ROI No. of product launches Competitive insights and actionable ideas Who you are Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or relevant studies Passionate about business, start-ups, digital marketing, and building things from scratch Curious, analytical, and proactive; comfortable taking responsibility Fluent in English (German a bonus) Strong entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving attitude and ‘get-it-done’ passion Nice to haves Basic knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Past internship or working student experience in banking & finance, consulting, startups, D2C/eComm brands, consumer goods etc. Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads or Meta Ads.
