Objetivos del Puesto:
El barback es responsable de ayudar a los Bartenders a asegurarse de que tengan todo lo que necesitan para atender a los clientes de manera eficiente. Sus deberes incluyen reemplazar barriles, reponer vasos y otros suministros necesarios para preparar bebidas y mantener un espacio de comedor limpio durante su turno. Grado Académico:- Se requiere diploma de escuela superior o título de educación general.
- Dos (2) años de experiencia en reparación e instalación de hardware y software.
- Bilingüe (inglés-español)
- Mayor de 18 años.
- Estar en buena forma física para cumplir con las exigencias del trabajo, como levantar cajas de licor y estar de pie durante largas horas.
- Gran conocimiento de los elementos del menú del bar.
- Dispuesto a trabajar en turnos de noche, fines de semana y feriados.
- Amable, responsable y puntual.
- Mantenga la barra abastecida con licores, sirop, vasos, servilletas y todos los demás artículos necesarios antes y durante el horario de servicio.
- Prepare guarniciones, rellene los recipientes para hielo, cambie los barriles de cerveza, reponga servilletas y sorbetos.
- Limpiar los derrames, retirar la cristalería y organizar el mostrador.
- Mantenga el área de la barra limpia y ordenada.Coordinar con los gerentes, personal de cocina y personal de seguridad para garantizar un servicio eficiente a los clientes.
- Maneja situaciones de emergencia, como limpiar vidrios rotos y limpiar desagües obstruidos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales
- Habilidades de liderazgo
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Debe poder levantar hasta 50 libras de fuerza con frecuencia para mover objetos
- Capacidad para transportar cajas y artículos diversos que no pesen más de 50 libras
- Capacidad para arrodillarse y seguir los procedimientos de levantamiento adecuados.
