Marketing Liaison

Job Summary:

Blessed Home Health, a leading provider of home health care services, is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to serve as the primary representative of our home health agency within hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare settings. As a Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for developing referral relationships, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and assisting with patient transitions to home health care.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and other healthcare providers.

• Educate referral sources regarding home health services, eligibility requirements, and admission processes.

• Conduct regular facility visits and community outreach activities.

• Identify opportunities to increase referrals and market share.

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely patient admissions.

• Track referral activity and maintain accurate records in CRM or referral management systems.

• Attend networking events, community functions, and healthcare-related meetings.

• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines related to home health services.

• Represent the agency professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications:

• Healthcare sales, marketing, business development, or clinical experience preferred.

• Home health, hospice, healthcare, or senior services experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred.
