Area Of Responsibility Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards. Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large–scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards. Develop detailed documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Your Contribution To The Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations. Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements. A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies. Sector‑specific expertise for high‑quality project delivery. Required Skill And Experience Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM. Experience implementing FCCS and ARCS. Experience with financial consolidation, statutory reporting, and account reconciliation, including functional knowledge and hands‑on experience. Experience collaborating with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. Experience in FCCS implementations covering close, consolidation, currency translation, eliminations, journals, and statutory reporting. Experience designing FCCS metadata, ownership structures, close calendars, and consolidation rules. Experience integrating FCCS with ERP systems (Fusion and non‑Fusion) using Data Management and Data Integration. Experience integrating ARCS with ERP general ledger (GL) and subledger systems, including enabling journal posting back to the ERP. Experience designing EDM solutions for centralized master data management and governance. Experience developing and maintaining data management processes (Data Management/Data Integration) and integrations with ERP systems. Experience configuring security, workflows, and reporting structures within EPM applications. Experience leading large support engagements while working closely with key client business users and stakeholders. Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). Experience with account reconciliation processes and ARCS. Preferred Skill And Experience Experience with EDM is a plus. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. The position may require relocation and/or travel to project locations.
