Location: New Hyde Park, NY (weekly hybrid)
Salary: $120K-$200K base (salary depends on experience) 

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position involves a combination of legal expertise, negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of personal injury law
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Manage case files and maintain effective communication with clients
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trial
• Provide excellent client advocacy and support throughout the legal process
• Develop and implement case strategies for successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience as a personal injury attorney or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with case management software is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
