Automotive F&I and Sales ManagerIdeal Auto, Minot NDWe are seeking an experienced F&I and Sales Manager to oversee our Ideal Auto sales staff.The F&I position is responsible for assisting customers with products intended to protect their vehicle purchase. In addition, they will provide information regarding financing opportunities, selling insurance alternatives, vehicle service contracts, and other exciting new products.They will also analyze current sales figures and developing effective sales techniques to boost those figures.In addition, the ideal candidate will train the sales team on the methods and current processes developed at Ideal Auto, including the full utilization of the latest technologies, specifically tools such as real-time chat features, and digital marketing.Our ideal candidate has at least three years of F&I with sales management experience and a demonstrated track record of closing deals and retaining customers.Automotive F&I/Sales Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesSet sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotasCoach salespeople on best practices for closing vehicle deals and providing advice and guidance to improve sales performanceMaintain current knowledge of all finance programs and disseminate information to sales team promptlyEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulationsBuild and maintain relationships with lending companiesStep in to answer customer questions and issues when requiredManage our CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective salesMaintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customersAutomotive Sales Manager Requirements and QualificationsProven experience in F&I and Sales Management roles at a dealershipProven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practicesSubstantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goalsExcellent leadership skillsKeen attention to detailStrong communication skillsOutgoing and service-oriented attitudeKnowledge of inventory control and managementGood working knowledge of VAuto, DealerTrack, Route One, VinSolutionsProven ability to fully embrace new technologies to meet the changing needs of our customer baseWhat We Offer:A competitive commission pay planContinuous training and developmentPaid Medical for employeeDental, Vision and Life Insurance options401(K)Paid Holiday/Vacation/Sick leave
