Director of Business Development

Position Summary The Director of Business Development leads organizational growth strategy, partnership development, and revenue expansion initiatives while leveraging AI-driven insights to identify market opportunities and improve conversion performance. Position Details Location: Northbrook, IL Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site. Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000 Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategy Build strategic partnerships and referral networks Identify new revenue streams and service opportunities Lead market research and competitive analysis Oversee CRM strategy and pipeline performance Present growth opportunities to executive leadership Track revenue growth metrics and forecasting AI & Automation Requirement Must use AI for market intelligence and competitive analysis Responsible for implementing AI-driven CRM automation and pipeline tracking Expected to use predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities Must leverage AI tools to improve outreach, targeting, and conversion performance Minimum Requirements 8–12 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience 4+ years in leadership or revenue-generating leadership role Proven track record of revenue growth or partnership expansion Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Admin, or related field AI Requirement Experience using AI or analytics tools for market research, pipeline forecasting, or sales optimization Ability to implement AI-driven CRM and revenue tracking systems Benefits Health Dental Vision 401k & Match Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Clinics Group
