Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately understand clients' symptoms and mental health needs, considering factors such as acuity, strengths, and cultural background.

• Develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client while promoting culturally competent care.

• Provide high-quality outpatient services, including individual and family counseling, ensuring the use of trauma-informed practices throughout all interactions.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including clinical services and program coordinators, to enhance overall client care and treatment approaches.

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of client assessments, service plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

• Carry a designated client caseload, actively assessing and addressing crisis situations when necessary, and providing appropriate intervention and support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and continually enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall function and improvement of clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients may include individuals from various backgrounds facing mental health challenges ranging from moderate anxiety and depression to severe trauma and crisis situations. A commitment to understanding and addressing the distinct needs of vulnerable populations is paramount in this position. You will work closely with clients who may have experienced significant life disruptions and require empathetic support in their journey toward mental health stability.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.) is required.

• Active clinical licensure in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is essential; we do not accept licensing requiring supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 to 4 years of direct experience working with diverse, vulnerable populations is preferred.

• Experience providing trauma-informed care and working within a community health framework is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
