Cardiology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant opening in CT Located in Norwich, CT Full-Time, PermanentPractice Overview:

• Full-time Cardiology APP opportunity in Norwich, Connecticut
• Open to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Provide direct patient care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Collaborate closely with cardiology physicians and a rapidly growing heart and vascular team
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cardiology patients within APP scope of practice
• Identify emergent diagnostic findings and communicate timely updates to physician colleagues
• Prescribe, dispense, and administer therapeutic and corrective measures in collaboration with a licensed physician
• Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cardiology and adaptability within a growing service line
• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts
• Weekend coverage: one weekend per month
• No night call
• Negotiable bonus opportunity

Job Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training preferred for NP candidates
• Connecticut APRN or PA license, or eligibility
• National board certification or eligibility
• 3+ years of clinical experience required
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
