Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
• Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate next steps
• Assist with routine questions, requests, and concerns
• Transfer or escalate calls when specialized assistance is required
• Record relevant details from customer interactions
• Complete follow-up calls when needed
• Maintain a courteous and professional telephone manner
• Meet established service quality and productivity expectations
• Share recurring customer questions or feedback with supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to remain composed during challenging conversations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
• Comfortable handling phone-based customer interactions
• Previous call center, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is an advantage
