Pastis Nashville's debut in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood features some of the many elements Pastis is known and loved for—a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all adorned with the glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting.
The Pastis Nashville team is seeking a Pastry Supervisor who is eager to lead all things dessert!
QUALIFICATIONS
- A genuine appreciation for classic desserts, with the ability to execute them into memorable, “wow”-worthy guest experiences
- Natural leader with the ability to motivate, guide, and hold a team accountable during service
- Confident in executing recipes with consistency while maintaining high presentation standards and food safety standards
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to jump into production and service as needed
- The ability to welcome feedback and commitment to continuous learning and development
- Flexible availability to meet the demands of restaurant operations, including nights and weekends
