You'll play a key role in keeping invoice processing on track by matching documentation and catching discrepancies before they become bigger issues. Responsibilities

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents to verify accuracy
• Identify and flag discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receipts
• Route unmatched or disputed invoices for review and resolution
• Maintain organized, accurate records of matched and processed invoices

Qualifications

Required

• Prior experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or a similar clerical/finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
• Proficiency with basic office and accounting software (e.g., Excel, ERP/AP systems)
