Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological well-being, leading to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific psychological needs, utilizing an array of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional concerns, fostering personal growth, and enhancing coping strategies for patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other health care professionals to provide integrated and holistic care to our patients.

• Assist in crisis intervention, offering support during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring that safety and well-being are prioritized.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, appropriate treatment plans, and available community resources.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to remain informed about best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents, presenting with a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
