CNC Machinist | Direct Hire Opportunity

$22 - $30 per hour

Start your new career as a CNC Machinist with MAU at Tuffaloy Products, Inc. in Greer, SC. As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

Pay of $22.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for performance-based retention bonus every quarter
Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
Proficiency in programming and editing with M & G codes
Ability to fully set up and operate dual-spindle Nakamura CNC lathes
Skilled in producing first-article inspection parts and documenting dimensions for ISO compliance
Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools
Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:

Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle mill-turn CNC lathes to meet production specifications
Load, write, and edit M & G code programs
Perform dry runs in single-block mode to validate programs
Produce and inspect first-article parts per ISO standards
Ensure quality using precision measuring instruments
Perform routine machine maintenance and fill lubricants, oils, and coolants
Run warm-up programs and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
