CNC Machinist | Direct Hire Opportunity

Start your new career as a CNC Machinist with MAU at Tuffaloy Products, Inc. in Greer, SC. As a CNC Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity.What We Offer:
- Pay of $22.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience
- Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for performance-based retention bonus every quarter
- Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday

- 2–3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficiency in programming and editing with M & G codes
- Ability to fully set up and operate dual-spindle Nakamura CNC lathes
- Skilled in producing first-article inspection parts and documenting dimensions for ISO compliance
- Proficient with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measurement tools
- Strong shop math and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs
- Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle mill-turn CNC lathes to meet production specifications
- Load, write, and edit M & G code programs
- Perform dry runs in single-block mode to validate programs
- Produce and inspect first-article parts per ISO standards
- Ensure quality using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and fill lubricants, oils, and coolants
- Run warm-up programs and report any mechanical issues to maintenance
