You will be a part of a strategy team which works very closely with the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) VP, leads and other executive leaders across Alphabet on some of their most critical priorities. You will be asked to independently scope, shape, lead and steer projects and drive impact across key strategic questions for the business. This will require you to simplify and effectively communicate these problems, advocate for and challenge stakeholders and collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders across the business.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $152000 - $222000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Scope, own, and lead cross-functional initiatives for xWS, driving delivery from initial shaping to final execution.
• Identify and structure critical business problems, distilling complex data into core issues and actionable, high-impact recommendations.
• Secure buy-in across a large, matrixed organization, aligning resources, direction, and international teams across multiple time zones.
• Drive organizational change plans for long-term initiatives, skillfully pivoting messaging and strategy based on stakeholder feedback.
• Manage simultaneous execution of multiple initiatives while preemptively mitigating risks and collaborating seamlessly across Google product areas.
