Medical, dental & vision insurance Overtime opportunities Career advancement & internal promotions Family-oriented culture Stable, long-term employment Clean, well-lit facility Excellent employee feedback & retention What You'll Be Doing Refurbishing used paper mill machine components Performing TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding on stainless and carbon steel Reading blueprints and fabrication drawings daily Assembling and rebuilding machine parts Conducting your own quality inspections Measuring and verifying dimensions using tape measures and protractors Maintaining high standards of precision and workmanship Required Qualifications We want welders who have: 3+ years of TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding experience Experience welding stainless & carbon steel Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong fabrication and assembly skills Experience using measuring tools ASME certifications in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding (preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and quality Available Shifts 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday OR Tuesday-Friday 2nd Shift: 4:15 PM - 2:45 AM Monday-Thursday Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week! Job type & location: This is a permanent position based out of Lebanon, OH. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $52,000.00 - $62,400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K.
