Express has partnered with a growing company in Northbrook, IL seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator / HubSpot CRM Specialist to support business development, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry and strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry and strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including contacts, pipelines, workflows, and reporting.
- Support lead generation, prospect research, and sales outreach activities.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communications through HubSpot.
- Track sales and marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to support business growth and client engagement.
- Experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business development, or a related role.
- Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, medical, or service industry preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including reporting, workflows, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
