This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, coordinating directly with clients and fellow professionals via telehealth platforms. You will have a flexible work schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to effectively meet clients during times that are most convenient for them. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that outline actionable goals and methods tailored to clients’ specific issues.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with fellow team members to provide holistic care that addresses the diverse needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
