HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN LAKE ZURICH, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for fully operating and maintaining the machine to meet production deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance, high school diploma or G.E.D., and more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- 2nd Shift $17.00/hr Monday - Friday, 2:45PM-11:00PM
- 3rd Shift $18.50/hr Monday - Friday, 10:45PM-7:00AM
- Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate equipment in the most safe, efficient, and consistent manner
- Maintain machine workflow to meet project deadlines
- Read job tickets and initiate machine set-ups per job ticket specifications
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines as needed
- Ensure 6S practices are being followed
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods
- Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
